The consistency will eventually help your baby return to their normal sleep pattern. Having a soothing white noise machine or nightlight can create a calming sleep environment.
- Offer Extra Comfort: During a growth spurt, your baby might need more cuddles and comfort than usual. This is the perfect time to break out your baby carrier or rocking chair, so you can soothe them while keeping your hands free.

During these times, be ready for changes in sleep, feeding, and behavior. Trust me, I learned the hard way that trying to push through these phases without adjusting expectations only leads to more stress for both you and your baby!
